Nine of the first paintings from my new series “City Park Roses” will be on display this Friday, September 2nd, as part of the Santa Fe Art District’s First Friday Artwalk.
The roses in these paintings are all from the lovely rose garden in Denver’s City Park, located just behind the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
Come see them at the Colorado Arts Center, located at 841 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204.
The “official” Artwalk is from 5-9pm, but many galleries remain open until 10:00pm. Feel free to make an evening of it! The Santa Fe Art District also has lots of dining options, including sit-down restaurants and food truck vendors.
**Save yourself the hassle of parking!**
There are free guided shuttle coaches to pick you up at the light rail station on 10th Avenue and Osage Street and take you around the Art District between 5:30 and 9:30pm.
